Future Festivals - Speculative Cuisine

Imagined a festival called “Balancing Act” and developed three dishes, prototyped the ingredients, recipes, tools and rituals needed for this celebration that highlighted and aimed to counteract damage done to local ecosystems, looking at land, water and air.

Served plated courses at a final presentation in conjunction with a menu and props to tell the story.
